El reconocido conductor de TV y productor Claudio Iturra, de 43 años, falleció sorpresivamente la madrugada de este jueves a causa de un infarto agudo al miocardio. Figuras como Jordi Castell y Raquel Argandoña expresaron su pesar en redes sociales, destacando la influencia y legado de Iturra en sus vidas y en la televisión.
Iturra, periodista de la Universidad Diego Portales, tuvo una destacada carrera en programas como “La Ley de la Selva”, “Cultura Indómita” y “Año 0”. Sus aventuras y viajes por el mundo lo convirtieron en una figura querida y polémica, enfrentando accidentes con animales y críticas por imprecisiones en sus programas.
Además de su carrera televisiva, fundó la agencia de viajes Masái Travel y promovió documentales con Ratz Media. Desde 2015, mostró una mayor conciencia ambiental, evitando la manipulación de animales en sus producciones. Su legado en el género de supervivencia y viajes será recordado por muchos.
